How to get a refund

• Call or email us with your order details for a return authorisation number
• Arrange for your unwanted item to be returned to us within 14 days (please note you are responsible for the costs of returning the item)
• Ensure that the item is in its original condition and has all original packaging (where supplied) and manuals

What does this apply to?

This policy applies to all products as listed on our site. The only exclusions are for customised products where you have asked us to make modifications to your item before delivery.

Nationwide Service Network

We have a nationwide network of engineers to support our warranties with fast service at your home: no need to ship your items back to us for service!

If it is necessary for our engineer to return your scooter to our service centre we will provide a loan scooter when available.
