All scooters and wheel chairs are all supplied with a minimum one year warranty and three months insurance.
Our Warranty
We have a nationwide network of service engineers to get you back on the road quickly.
Most repairs are completed at your home however in some cases your scooter may need to be taken back to our service centre; in these cases a loan scooter will be supplied when available.
Extended warranties are available; an information pack relating to these products will be supplied with your mobility scooter or powered wheelchair.
Our Insurance
All our scooters and wheelchairs are provided with three months free insurance provided by Premier Care. The cover includes:
- Accidental damage
- Breakdown recovery
- Theft and vandalism
- Public liability
- Lost starter keys
- Worldwide cover
